All About Sports 4 Charity does all the hard work to make your auction fundraising event simple and successful for your organization. As a family owned and operated company with over 20 years in the fundraising and memorabilia industry, you can rest assured all of our item are 100% authentic as we only use the best in the industry authentication companies. All of our items come with authentication from JSA, PSA, Beckett, Fanatics, or Upperdeck authentication. All about Sports 4 Charity works with many different charity events every year. No matter how big or small your event is, we work with you closely to ensure your event is a success!
Our fundraising specialist are here to serve you and make your event a true success! Below is a list of services available for your event.
At the end of every event AAS4Charity will collect funds and send a check to the charity within 1 week of closing, with a breakdown for each item sold. AAS4Charity looks forward to working with you! Let’s Superseed all of your Fundraising GOALS!!!!

Our Program- No matter how big or small your event AAS4Charity will work closely with you to exceed your fundraising goals! We will help pick items of your choice on consignment basis, with NO financial obligation or risk for you. Items that do not sell at your event will be returned to us at no cost to you.
AAS4Charity makes managing your fundraising event fun, easy and stress-free. Our services will help take your event to the next level at zero cost to you. As you plan and set in motion your event AAS4Charity offers you complete access to our inventory of over 50,000 signed items at wholesale pricing.
With 20 years in fundraising and memorabilia experience, our fundraising specialist help choose the best items for your events demographic and can be present at your event to set up, break down, and answer any questions. Professionally designed bid sheets are designed for your event as well. After conclusion of your event, if some bidders do not take their winnings home with them, items can be picked up from AAS4Charity or shipped to the winner for a flat fee.
Throughout the planning and executing your event, there is NO cost or risk to you!
Our staff will work with you to determine the best auction items suited for your event, either from our website or showroom from our sister company All About Sports Plus Framing in Land O Lakes, FL.
AAS4Charity donates a minimum of $25.00 from the starting bid and goes up depending on the starting auction price of the item, you are guaranteed to raise funds with even 1 bid on a single item. For every dollar after that the funds are split 50/50 with the charity. Plus, since all the items are on consignment, any items that do not sell in your auction are simply returned back to us at no charge!
Most charity events come in and set up with very high prices, in return pushes most bidders away from the items. They do this to make their money off the top with a small portion going to the actual Charity event. We start our prices lower to get more action on each and every item to ensure plenty of items sell!
If an item starting bid is 100 and automatic amount of $25.00 goes to the charity. If that item sales for $200.00 then the charity will receive $25.00 for the initial bid and 50% of anything over and beyond, so the event would get $75.00 on this item.
